HOME REPAIRS, BETTER EXPLAINED
The sink is leaking.
What now?
Give your tenant a private link to describe the problem and add photos. Review the evidence and Tria’s preliminary assessment, arrange the right help, and keep your tenant updated.
Early access is opening soon. Ask us to take part.
“There’s a drip under the sink. It seems worse after washing up.”
We’ve received your photos. We’ll review the evidence and arrange the next steps.

Three steps from noticing a problem
to arranging the next step.
- 01
See.
A tenant reports a problem. The agent creates a request and sends a private link for the property.
- 02
Snap.
The tenant adds a wider view, a clear photo of the affected area and a description. Submit once; the agent takes it from there.
- 03
Sort.
The agent reviews the evidence, arranges professional help and shares a summary and progress through the tenant’s original link.

How can I try Tria?
Tria currently focuses on under-sink leaks. Request early access by email and we’ll explain how you can take part.
What if the photo isn’t clear or relevant?
The agent sees that the evidence is insufficient or unrelated and decides the next step, which may be an inspection. The tenant’s submission stays saved; there is no automatic back-and-forth.
Is this a confirmed diagnosis or DIY advice?
No. Tria’s findings are preliminary and based on the evidence provided. A qualified professional should confirm the problem and any repair. A report is not a safety clearance.
How do I share the report?
Download the PDF and attach it to an email. The report’s email button opens a draft with the findings; you add the recipient and attach the PDF before sending.
One request.
Keep everyone in the picture.
